Hi, thanks. About January, I don't know.. Probably not, but who can tell 100%? weather can be unpredictable, right? All I can say is that since I m living in Tokyo, we had some snow only in february.. but still, January is cold, so it's not impossible ;-) Hope it helps you

Aww, there's like nobody on the roads. It is weird though, how you're getting snow and Canada (snow country) has gotten nothing, I really can't complain though.

@WIN7GT what's so strange? there's people who use umbrellas under the sun in order not to be burnt by the sun. And snow is water, after all.
