Idk, it depends on how you see it. It's a good starter anime but it lacks a lot of character growth, ideas and it could have had far more potential. The concept of dying in the game = dying in real life was awesome but the way they executed it wasn't that good. I personally loved it but I can see why people say it's overrated~
