In regards to the “don’t share your lube with another bottom” moment, always lube your hand first, then spread where necessary. Don’t apply directly to the genitals to avoid spreading germs

I am shocked that people in Japan are not using condoms and not on prep. That is just crazy to me you can’t trust anyone to take such a risk. Even if you have a spouse you never know if they cheat on you so you should always be on prep. It is also shocking that Japan doesn’t make it free for testing and prep is not easy to get. I get all tests done every 3 months without fail. I had one friend who hardly ever had sex and didn’t get tested. He didn’t know he had syphilis and it went to his heart. It destroyed his heart and he hate to wait years to get a heart transplant. He is lucky to be alive. I didn’t know about the ff things not that I have to do it but that was informative. I also was surprised how honest guys were about not having sex.

@@monisharoy7151 You mean the HIV test? It consist on you going to a clinic and they extract some blood from your body. They analize it and check if you have any IST. The most common one is the HIV test but you can also check other S.T.D. (sexual transmision disease i think they stand for). If you are sexually active and want to know more, I'd recommend get on a trustworthy site or ask a doctor! note: I'm argentinian and I'm not sure which one is it: if its "HVI" or "IVH" on english, always messed up lol.

Hi guys, I wish I met you when I still lived in Tokyo! Lived there for about a year and loved it 😁 I nearly always top, use condoms, get tested every three months. Testing is so expensive in Japan! Plus people never talk about testing for more than HIV. Even if you go to a clinic that specializes in testing, they are ignorant of gay men's sexual health and you have to specifically ask for oral/anal swab because they don't think about how just checking the urine sample isn't enough. Now that I'm back in the US, I'm on PrEP.

I love that this popped up on my KZbin recommends. This was such a fun and educational video; I really appreciated the information regarding the lube and about wearing gloves during fisting. I'll admit I only ever thought of the gloves as like a way to protect the fister's hands from poo but it also makes a lot of sense regarding the nails and risk to damaging the intestinal lining as well as the risk of hepititis. Wonderful video,and revealing comments. STI testing, preventive medications and vaccinations appear to be more readily available in Australia than Japan. Without difficulty I am fully vaccinated against monkey pox, hepatitis (A,B,C) and been on prep for 6 years. My testing is every 3 months. Our sexual health is so important to us and our friends. Keep up the great work guys.

This is the main problem, it is so expensive and complicated to do in Japan because it is not covered by insurance and guys here dont like to wear condoms! Ive had so many times were I am like sorry boo u need to go home because I only do safe sex.

It's one thing to get younger people more educated about STIs, and it's another to have a whole country's healthcare system also provide preventative care. Not saying that the latter is impossible, but doing the former can maybe nudge Japan's politics towards a healthier attitude to sex.

I think I saw this before and responded but since we are coming to japan in sept I been rewatching your stuff. First I thank you so much for doing these videos and it is a big help. I am nervous coming to Japan for the first time not knowing the language. Anyway several comments. I don’t know how that guy in the start of the video has not had sex in a year and is single. He is really hot they all were sexy in that group. The women who said she is Tran I would never ever have guessed she was Tran. She is gorgeous and so well spoken. I learned a lot about lube I never ever thought about it being inflected. Now I was shocked at how little people get tested and how they are practicing unsafe sex. I am on prep and don’t use condom but I get tested every 3 months for everything. If you are on prep they are suppose to check you every three months to make sure your blood work is ok. No one should trust that the other person is negative. I know so many guys that became infected because their bf cheated. Men cheat and don’t want to admit it. Also if you are not being checked for all STD you can have serious health problems and you can spread std. A good friend of mine hardly had sex but someone gay him syphilis. He had no symptoms from it until his heart failed. The syphilis destroyed his heart. It took three years for him to get a heart transplant and he almost died. I know another guy who was positive so he didn’t get std checks and got syphilis. IT also went to his heart and he was lucky that meds have saved him. No one should be getting HIV these days with prep. I know it may cost more there but think of what HIV meds are going to cost you?

I stan this whole video on STD prevention and glad all these people are regularly getting tested. It makes sense given they like to go "raw"😏(learning new things every day.) better to be safe then sorry monogamous or not. I'm not judging having sex is such a outstanding and pleasurable expression of ourselves. We should be all so lucky to experience it with someone we trust, exchanging energies and orgasm. It's definitely much easier to manage and prevent STDs becuase more then 60% of the interviewed were in a monogamous relationship or rarely have sex.(if they hooked up its with a condom or a certain person ) I'm not sexually active never have been due to busy life(Don't have the time) now Covid. Y'all were gorgeous out there and this definitely made feel very single but that's ok. 🤣I've not gotten tested before there isn't a reason now. When I eventually do get in a relationship (monogamous) there will be tests every 6 months or once a year.
