Oh, that looks like a wonderful dish! I did not grow up eating seafood so I often don't care for it, but somehow I always find it to be delicious when it's prepared in a Japanese style. And once again I very much enjoyed your restaurant reviews! It's great to see how a dish I've only heard of like ochazuke is supposed to look and how it's meant to be eaten.

And I was really happy that you show how to cook most of the dishes I enjoy in Japan, because in Germany japanese restaurants mostly serve Sushi but not the other delicious dishes like Okonomi-Yaki. 🙂🐩

I don't like seafood. But I am sure I can find some substitutes to try this. We love Okinomiyaki, this looks very similar in ingredients.
