FAQ ◆ Montly rent for this apartment? → the rent is approximately 1000~1100 US dollars (=110000~120000 yen) ◆ How did I find my apartment? → I got help from an agency that introduces apartments for employees under corporate companies. The services that I used for reference when finding an apartment are online websites (all in Japanese) like: 【HOME'S】www.homes.co.jp/ 【SUUMO】suumo.jp/ 【Chintai】www.chintai.net/

@@linabeverlyg Hello Kina ✨sorry for the late reply! That is so exciting that you're gonna move to Japan~ The thing is that I got help from an agency that introduces apartments for employees under corporate companies. The criteria were that I have a VISA and a guarantor for example. There are many types of agencies that you can choose from. If you have a specific neighborhood you wanna live in, then you can visit a local real estate agency, or you can also look online! In the description of this video I put some of the websites that I used for reference so I hope that helps a bit 🤗 Thank you so much for your comment and for watching my video once again!!

But that was because I took content courses like sociology in Japanese. If you’re main study purpose to go on exchange is for Japanese language, you can of course start from beginner level! I just don't know how to go about it and began getting realistic about my move as of early May. I've narrowed it down to Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto but I'm open to other cities. I'm a young professional in my 20s & I'm just trying to gather as much information so I can take the appropriate steps to make this move possible by the end of the year God willing. Also, what's the current state in the country? As far as C-19 goes. Any feedback would be highly appreciated! Tysm for reading up to here! Hope to hear from somebody out there.

Hello thank you for watching and leaving a comment ✨ That sounds amazing!! I'm very excited for you to make a big step and move into a different environment🤗Living on your own for the first time is a whole experience so I understand your parents are a bit worried about you! But Japan is a safe country, so I think you will be alright✨ just make sure you surround yourself by people that are nice and care about you🥰 Getting a dog sounds fun! I love akita inu and shiba inu too 🐶

Disappointed to see so many people not wearing masks.

Unfortunately at this time a lot of people were not aware of how bad the virus was... this was filmed at the end of February 2020 so the virus did not really hit Japan yet. That’s why you see very few people wearing masks. Now everyone is wearing a mask here!
