Terrific travel vlogs. I’m so tired of the over the top, obnoxious travel vlogs that dominate the Tube. You two have the most chill, low-key vibe in the best possible way 😃. Great relatable content and editing. We’re heading to Japan in 2 months for a 2 week trip so I’m binge watching all your last Japan vlogs for tips. Safe travels.

Even the crocodile t-shirt looks awesome on you! The energy of all these videos is really fun and the lo-fi music adds to it all. Wish I could go to Japan and just have Ralph and Sam follow me with this music and play tour guide! haha. Now I'm slowly thinking about another trip to Japan soon!

I gotta say I've been watching a lot of Japan vlogs because I'll be there next week (my first trip back to Japan since 2019! やばい! ) and I have to agree with that pinned comment you've got. Y'all's videos are a breath of GD fresh air in a very stagnant, predictable space. So many travel vlogs are incredibly vapid, inauthentic, and staged. The cliche of influencer walking in front of the ~aesthetic~ shop front or wall or whatever, and you just know they walked past that dang wall fifty times to get THE SHOT really irrates me, for some reason. I feel I cannot handle like cringe by proxy? The annoying thing is I know they're most likely lovely people and youtube/"content creation" is such a relentless grind, etc etc, but nonetheless it makes me grumpy. Anyway watching your videos actually makes me want to try doing some video instead of just only still photography this trip. I cannot think of a higher compliment than that. Love you both.
@RalphSam2 ай бұрын
Honestly this means so much to us. Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful comment. And it makes us even happier to hear it's inspired you to capture videos on your upcoming trip! Personally speaking, vlogging helped us preserve our little mundane memories in a way we never expected. Hope you have fun next week 🤍😊 Thanks for the support!
@FAC3215 ай бұрын
hmm hate to say this but i think with vintage clothing , only the attractive or stylish can pull it off , otherwise you just look like someone wearing heavily worn clothes and looking very average if not worse than someone who buys their clothes from a cheap chain clothing outlet.
@RalphSam5 ай бұрын
Fair point if that's your opinion. For us we enjoy shopping vintage because of the secondhand nature of it. We appreciate recycling old garments and finding new uses for them. It's not to everyone's taste, but it suits ours.
