Great summertime walk through Tokyo with meccha oishi seafood. Your new camera lens is very nice! 👍

Oh my goodness, you never fail to brighten up the day (and it’s been so May Gray lately) with your spontaneous singing & sense of humor 😂 Life is too short to not drink beer with that tataki 🍻 like broccoli with Kewpie mayo 😋 Thank you for another adventure & always stopping to show the flowers along the way 🌻 P.S. I think you meant “wilderness,” but a cafe latte with “wildness” is better 😎☕️

Another nice video as always. You make the different foods look even more delicious. Your pleasant demeanor, humor and positivity is always relaxing at the end of my day at bedtime. Btw, I notice the difference with the new camera lens. The close shots are a lot more clear. Keep up the strong work! Mahalo and ganbatte!

Hi Rion!!! Thank you so much for the video and that's my mama favorite dish too! She would love that! Maybe we will visit Senkyaku Banrai too and glad to see it's not as crowded anymore! Question? When you rent that bicycle 🚲 do you just return it anywhere or are there alot of designated places to return them at? I'm wondering how that works because I don't want to back track? I'd rather bicycle too than having to just walk? Thank you so much ❤😊

Quite a long round walking/biking tour from the traditional fish market to the newest version of it through the new residential areas of the former Olympic Village. Really very peaceful without people, but it will definitely change with time. Compared to your last time visit, the new Edolike village was less crowded and you could have easily enjoyed nice lunch and test some snacks, too. The sunset shots close to the Bay were also special, thanks to the new lense, I suppose. Well, everithing interesting as ever. Congrats for that and let's wait for the next summer video! GAOOO...

Awesome video as always Rion-san! Also, I have a request. I'm happy that you're adding more Japanese conversations on your videos! Like when you purchased the beer, I only understand "hitotsu". I didn't understand the other words since it's either fast or I'm just bad at Japanese haha. Can you add a bit of subtitles when you converse in Japanese? Yoroshiku onegai shimasu :)

Ive been there a few days ago. Prices are quite high there.
I kind of have mixed emotions about the Fancy Town area. 😊The open area is nice for bike riding 🚲, however, there are few restaurants and retail establishments in the area. If I understood correctly, the apartments sell for a million dollars. With that budget, I can buy a nice house in suburban Saitama or Tokyo. With the rest of the funds, I can also buy a cozy home 🏠in a town next to the ocean, and visit on some weekends. How about leaving a bit of room in the budget for a new Honda Cross Cub? 🏍Then I can explore beautiful coastal roads on the weekend. I will let Aya-san know if I think of further details. 🤣

@@thenarrativefilmmaker470 👋 hello !! I agree with you. I admire the life you envision. However, when you grow up in a place like mine where there is no ocean or lake, there is a strong obsession to live in a place where you can see the ocean 🤣🏝️✨ By the way, I plan to travel to Kyushu this summer. ✈️I'm really looking forward to trying to eat the pork ramen🍜😊I want to see what it smells like.😂
@thenarrativefilmmaker4704 ай бұрын
@@aya-san119 You are correct. The people who own those apartments are paying for the ability to see the ocean from where they live. I can understand your "obsession" more than you might think. 😊 Traveling to Kyushu sounds great! I previously mentioned the man who rode his Honda Solo 50 around the coast of Japan. The coast of Kyushu is beautiful! I hope you get a chance to relax by the ocean. 😊

@@RionIshida Not necessarily; you could use public transport, live in hotels, hostels and at supporters houses/flats, tell their storys too. Make Japan-information to a kind of documentation, don‘t just tell about - tell from within (because you live it) ! For me it isn‘t important to know the newest attraction at the 63th Disneyland- or Universal-Studios-visit - I want to discover the whole country with you ! Your kind of kindness in unexplored regions (away from Tokyo and your hometown), the cityboy at the countryside; see your development as a fish out of the water ! ❤️

So glad I experienced the fabulous Tsukiji fish market before it closed ... Toyosu has absolutely no appeal compared to Tsukiji. There are 'some' interesting market related souvenir stores and food stores but if you're not generally interested in fishing or seafood you're probably going to find it time wasting. In that case I suggest spending your time in the still remaining outer Tsukiji market area instead.
