The Japanese words you showed on the screen sometimes also unique and a gòod way to learn a bit Japanese for fun.

Wow, what a charming place to visit and to enjoy various food. I remember it from your previous video when it has been still under construction and already at that time it seemed a fun to me. It is really well done in as you told us Edo and Kabuki traditional archtecture but inside so many modern places to eat, everything so well blended. The atmosphere is great although for my taste a bit too crowdy in general but still there are a few spots with less people. No wonder, it has been recently opened, so everyone is trying to visit it. Your food looked nice and yummy, although started with dessert, which was so inviting at first but gone so fast. The foot bath is quite a surprise but obviously a nice place to chill in the end. Sunset panoramic scenery just rounded up the whole video, really perfectly done. Thanks and congrats for everything. GAOOOO!!
I agree that the footbath is interesting. In such cold weather, you have to quickly dry your feet and put on your socks and shoes. 🤣
@aya-san11911 ай бұрын
@@downrivermoviecompany I am not sure if the footbath here has the benefits of a hot spring, ♨️but when you enter the hot spring, your body will be warm for a relatively long time. I think the footbath alone is enough to warm your body. Should I go to try it?😂 I was irresistibly tempted to try it…♨️

Your channel is the “uni” one for me when it comes to Japan travel guides cuz you take the time to show us the train stations, walking routes, and maps (so helpful to see that the fish market & teamLab is really close by). ✨ Better yet, hearing your perspective as a local is fascinating & fun (so glad that the prices are pretty reasonable for locals & visitors). 😊 During my first visit, I had a latte at a local cafe, and I didn’t realize the little cup of clear syrup was a sweetener, so I passed on it. 😅 (It was still oishii tho. ☕️) In the States, we have sugar packets, but I’ve never had to use them with my lattes. 🤔 But later, when I got an iced hojicha, it definitely tasted better aka meccha oishi with the syrup. 😋 Let’s keep drinking! 🍻

hey Rion I always hear you using japanese phrases I can't quite figure out like at 24:02 when you receive the crab & beer. as a foreigner it always feels kind of weird to me to say "arigatou gozaimasu" to everyone when it seems like there's a lot more variety among native speakers. any tips?
@paripitiffany11 ай бұрын
Hi, in this video & past ones, it seems to be a common combo for Rion to say “Sumimasen” followed by “Arigato gozaimasu” (but he truncates this latter phrase to be quicker and casual). When there’s food involved, sometimes he adds a final “Itadakimasu.”

Yeah their prices is a bit above than an average prices…but this is tourist spot in tokyo that’s why is their prices are higher than average… in the tsukiji is also has a higher prices than average sushi place… But the variety of store are better than the tsukiji… so if you budget traveller better not to go there
