Beach house or mountain villa? Or pied-à-terre? If you had all the money in the world, where would you make your vacay home?
@ElSendler2 жыл бұрын
The perfect house would be on top on a hill, with views over the city, some greenery, the ocean and Fujisan in the background. There are some properties in Zushi and Hayama with that kind of view. But they are on sothebysrealty, so the owners might not be interested in youtube coverrage XD

I’m married too and single sink is OK with us. Instead, I’d like to have a big counter space because I use various beauty items for my makeup and hairdo, such as dryer, hair iron, skin care products, cosmetics etc. Usually a double sink doesn’t have enough counter space for my stuff, so I prefer a single sink with bigger counter space to a double sink.

My single toilet home sharing experience usually ended up with half the people using the kitchen sink to wash their face and brush their teeth. But we were all men so that works out. Another idea that I love but it's not popular at all is separate toilet room with a tiny sink and the main bathroom. That way, people who wants to use the stall don't have to wait for the one who needs to use the shower, and vice versa. Though in a men's share house, we just leave the door unlocked and everybody do what they want.

Maybe it’s different in Britain. But in the US, work schedules are pretty normalized. I confer with my gf when we are gonna wake up, who is taking the shower first (usually her because mine is shorter), and when I get out to shave or brush my teeth, she’s usually drying her hair and using the sink. Dual vanities is a large resale value and something people take notice of when pricing a home in the US
