The thing I love most about your channel is the way in which you shoot each video. For me, it feels like we are having a conversation, as opposed to the game show/news show type feel that most youtube channels have. So to answer your 5 questions, yes, yes, and yes! I have just recently began to expand my table top gaming horizons into board games and would be highly interested in videos about them. Vlogs are always interesting. The cool thing about youtube is it can become more personal than normal tv shows. My shirt size is Large, and a tolarian community college playmat would be awesome.

1) Honestly? No. I typically notice that KZbin channels that try to branch out to too many different subjects often decline in quality. And I can't possibly stand to watch that happen to my favorite channel! 2) Every once in a while, sure! Batman: The Animated Series Starring:Kevin Conroy 5 Stars, My Review: Batman: The Animated Series is the epitome of what Batman and his world should be and how the interactions therein should take place. Gotham City hearkens back to the late 30's early 40's era and entreats the mind to explore how shadowy figures gather to conspire after sunset. Kevin Conroy perfectly captures the essence of not only the Dark Knight, but also The Detective. These elements are further Illustrated with this incarnation of Batman as he uses his Sherlock Holmes-like deduction to out guess and out think his opponents and uses his skills as a martial artist and gymnast to add a flare of style and grace. All this is done while managing to keep the appearances of a larger than life, socialite, bureaucrat and humanitarian. No other rendition of Batman incorporates as much depth and texture. And, in my opinion, no other rendition of Batman coveys as accurately the vision of Bob Kane's immortal anti-hero, hero. In answer to a couple of your questions ( not necessarily in order) 1. Yes, I would love to occasionally here about other nerdy games. 2. I do love Q&A's 3. Although i love the thought of the t-shirts being available, I do not always have money on hand and a great many people to not regularly carry a 3XL.

Alright, let's get to answering some questions: 1. Yes, I would be interested in hearing about other nerdy things, specifically board games and to lesser extent video games. 2. I am interested in hearing about other things that you yourself are interested in. However, if I had to choose I'd rather the time go into more product reviews or deck techs (more Modern!) and the like. It really depends on the content and how much this might take away from your normal videos. 3. I would absolutely be interested in buying a playmat, of course the design does matter. I just recently discovered your channel, as I've been getting back into magic. I started after Avacyn Restored was released then I took a break until Born of the Gods. I'm now neck deep in MtG's lore, mechanics, gameplay, etc. I love watching the different videos you put up, whether it's Magic gear or about the cards themselves! Here are my answers to your questions: 1. Yes. You mentioned that you and your wife have friends over weekly to play board games, so I believe there is great value in reviewing some of those. Obviously the pull for me is your Magic related videos, but you've created such a personality in this channel that I would enjoy seeing the occasional video about other games. Chances are if someone is into magic, they will be into other strategic and fun games. 2. Yes. I believe there is value in this, though I agree that it should be just the occasional video. I would love to see you make board game videos. I actually stumbled across your channel while considering getting back into Magic after a 10 year hiatus. I also got introduced to hobby board games around the same time. I ultimately decided to go the board game route instead of Magic (limited time/budget, and the g/f won't touch Magic), but I still watch many of your Magic videos because I find them entertaining and well done. I think you'd do a great job with board game videos. There are several popular board game channels with production values that aren't on par with your channel and host(s) that aren't as entertaining and well spoken. In other words, I think you could quickly rise to the top of that niche if you wanted to!

I would love to see reviews of board games. There are so many board games on the shelves of my local game store that I don't know which I would enjoy! I don't have the cash to buy these games and experience the wide variety available. What if I don't enjoy the game after playing? This channel would be an excellent place to see board game reviews and game play to determine where I want to spend my money. Much like I've done with my card sleeves! 2) Yes, I would also enjoy "vlog" type videos. I feel like you could share a lot of your experiences and interests with your viewers that would be very enjoyable and informative. 3) Honestly, I would not be interested in a t-shirt, I have too many as is! However, depending on the style of the playmats in question would determine whether I would be interested in buying them. Hi Professor. I have returned to Magic only recently after a long hiatus but have been playing on and off since Revised. I must say that I really enjoy the channel. Dies to Removal is brilliant as The Mana Source is another of my favorite channels. As for your questions: 1. Definitely. I am also a fan of D&D, boardgames, videogames and all related 'nerdy' stuff. 2. I wouldn't mind the ocassional vlog. 3. Answers to the questions: 1) Yes, possibly. However, TBPH, I'm here for the MTG. 2) Again, possibly. It all depends on the subject matter. That said, getting to know the person behind the vids is kind of cool. Especially as many often forget that youtube personalities are in fact not always how the person is in their daily lives. 3) Not big on playmats, so not likely. I have one playmat and it is basically just a giant mousepad.And, I know it may be weird, but I don't really wear just T-shirts. 4) As stated in the previous response, I don't really buy T-shirts, but I would assume I'm a Large nevertheless. 5) I like the Q&As. 1 - Yes! Any tabletop game you consider fun or appealing for a diverse age group. Particularly any game that is easy to learn but take some time/skill to "master". 2 - Sure, express yourself! I think you can actually incorporate this into the end of your Q and A videos now. I've noticed that people are already asking you some personal questions. 3 - I would definitely buy a t-shirt. I already have custom playmats and an extra t-shirt is more likely to be used than an extra playmat. 4 - Two actually, men's x-large and women's large 5 - QA's are nice, I don't think you need to have a QA at every 10k subscriber milestone. You can do it monthly or whenever you think you have enough questions (5-10?).

Yes on the board games/video games/D&D. Magic is one part of a larger culture it finds itself in, perhaps even projected into creation. As a fantasy/gamer/nerd-ish person who has never been expert but always average or even just participant, I'm always interested in learning new things. I'm usually too busy going on to the next thing to learn any one thing on the expert level - I want it all! :D YES ON THE Q&A!! Love it. It's actually a good substitution for the personal vlog stuff. I mean feel free to do it, rock it out man, it's your time. I may watch it from time to time but probably not religiously. The Q&A seems to provide a good forum for snippets into your personal life though :) Thanks for sharing :) I haven't played Magic since high/middle school in the mid-90's, and am just now returning to the game. I would suggest that you change the video description so that it lists the questions for reference. I'm on the internet, so my attention span has been reduced to 5 minutes or less :PSO here we go! Q #A(asked earlier in the video) I would LOVE to see some board game reviews! maybe not every week, but certainly reviews of games close to, or sharing an element of, Magic may be a good start. Dominion, King of Tokyo (or the new Kings of New York) or maybe some gems that aren't that popular yet, like Boss Monster, or Explosive Kittens (after it releases) would be good for new board game players. DEFINITELY not Monopoly or Sorry! or Connect Four; too plain, too boring, and already played out. Q #B: D&D? SURE! Maybe not a WHOLE session or game, but CERTAINLY a review of intro products, like the red box for D&D 4th ed, or Pathfinders Beginner Box (even better!) or perhaps the Dragon Age RPG box 1 or 2. Maybe edit down the game play, and add some testimonials of players? Can I play? And now the listed questions at the end: 1: Yes! Board games, RPGs, new products, yes! The question "Is it worth it to buy X" is certainly a platform that can be inferred to other products, or even comparisons to like products (Should you buy the Star Wars or Star Trek Attack Wing? or Should you make the move to D&D 5th Ed?) 2: A VLOG would certainly be interesting, but I would suggest you start a separate Vlog channel if your going to bring reality into it. I am super curious as to how teaching English works, or what you have to do to prepare for a class, like grading, lesson plan preparing, etc. Many other youtubers do this already. 3: I would be interested in a playmat, more than a t-shirt ( I have so many tees already), but I would be more interested if it were in the $20 range, or to throw in some more value for the extra $5, like some tokens, MTG cards with your sig, or other used mtg product from your previous videos (even if they're wrecked) 4: I wear a L, but in my experience in working and playing Magic, you're going to sell those and XXL's pretty quickly. 5: I would say go ahead and do a 50k questionnaire, then move them back to evey 25k after that. You're getting more popular, and the rate of you subscribers growing could impede on more of your free time if you do them every 10k. I think 50k, 75k, and 100k etc. milestones are still appropriate, yet give you more breathing room to get better from being sick, make lesson plans, and PLAY MORE MAGIC!
