@@user-er7gx5sm6g Unfortunately, there's no real way of knowing because so many outside factors will affect that. What the feds do with interest rate, the economy, inflation, price of raw materials, the supply chain issues, the recent flood of foreclosures, etc...

@@LivinginAtlanta I’m not looking to buy. I moved here in 2019 and have done well. My brother sold his house in fl a few months ago. We have looked at dozens of houses which go to a bidding format and if your not a 100k over your not in the gam e. Told him to many red flags not the time to buy. Told them to rent for a year and reevaluate in 2023……

@@user-er7gx5sm6g The market is a mess right now. I just went under contract with two more homes this week. Both listed in the 800's and we had to offer mid 900's and waive all contingencies to even sit at the table. Ridiculous.
