Great video as always man. I’ve got a question though. How far do you travel from home base to promote these luxury homes? I’m between two major cities where Toll Brothers are building but these cities are 100 miles to the north and 100 miles to the south of where I live.

I don't believe that could be recommended on a consistent level. But everyone's business plan is different and number of business is as well.

The floorplan was not the best. For 1.1million it should have had better upgrades. Very disappointed in Toll Brothers they are loosing their luxury look.

HI Yulanda, I would never judge a builder off of one model home in a specific catalog of home.
