I'm surprised to see cement block walls for privacy fences! Do you see many wood picket fences in Phoenix? These videos are really good!

@@EscapeToArizona Wow if they have to use heavy machinery then it defeats the purpose of a picket fence... too expensive! Is there much of a power washing business in Phoenix? Do you have much pollen get on the side of buildings or on walls and then it has to be power washed off?

Oh, wow. Are there any private schools nearby? I would hope so. Taxes seem pretty cheap so that's a plus. A private golf course would be preferable.

Great video. Did you check out the townhomes when you visited Adero Canyon? Do you think there is value in townhomes built alongside single family residences?

I think they'll be okay. There's going to be a lot of people with lock and leave homes second homes.. these are also out in Sereno canyon. I'll have a video walkthrough of those up in a few days. They are pretty nice and definitely don't feel like duplexes.
