The way this video got me crying, cause I have realised the last time I actually experienced the word “friendship,” was as a child. These days I just have lot of acquaintances I call friends and that’s not because I don’t want to be friends with them, but just scared of letting people into my inner space and giving them chances to hurt me 🥺.

Wow!!! Part 1 of this video made we rethink about my lost friendships and at some point I made a mental note to reach them or try to reconnect but after watching this part 2, I now know that the friendships were lacking the most important virtues (for me as well) which were the GOD FACTOR, Vulnerability, Intentionality, maturity and interest🙅🏽♀️ So at this rate, I have decided to pray to God to connect me with my destined friends 🙏 while thanking Him for the very few ones I have. Thanks for this Friendship master class🙏

What convicted me the most, **friendships have to be watered, it's not a we'll pick up from wherever type of thing!! Lord I repent, and will make effort to be more intentional. Really loved this, some of my other takeaways, **If someone wants to learn from you they aren't necessarily your friend, they are a mentee! **I'm generally a giver, my love language is gifts and so I find that in a lot of friendships I'm constantly giving, great reminder that it's ok for friends to shoe you love in different ways too. Solid discussion ladies📌📌📌

Everything she said applies even in marriage. The point where she said ,when intentionality is over the friendship is over.In a marriage where intentionality is absent ,that marriage is either dead or dying and it's only a matter of time when someone will bail out.Wow🙌

This video has blessed me sooo much. To think on Sunday, i just had a nudge in my spirit to reach out to someone that we were very good friends from school and just few weeks to my wedding, we had a fallout. I had questions as to what happened exactly . sha sha sha watching this video, i've requested for her number from a mutual friend and we'll be having a call this evening. I love where Bunmi talked about acceptance and knowing when it’s over. Also, when she talked about knowing your place in people’s lives and choosing to accept your position either as an acquaintance or just a colleague. I also feel like at a certain age especially from the thirties and up you just start to appreciate friendships that are easy, don’t feel forced and no pressure to perform or be a certain way to keep them. Very insightful video

I was just asking in my heart can you please ask her about handling friendships and relationship, that is, with your spouse, introducing friendship to the family and introducing your friendship to your family, and having your own sister as your bestie, like everything in between. So so expecting a third session, love you both❤️😘

I do not agree a 100% with lazy friendship part I think it is more about different personalities. I have good friends who we do not speak even for a month and indeed have each other’s backs. We share intimate situations and counsel and comfort each other. I have tried the whole constant communication thing with friends and it backfired, I constantly felt overwhelmed and burned out and my close friends also shared the same sentiments 😂😂 I guess we love our space😂😂😂 . Yes there are people that may be lazy and lack intentionality, however if such a person is like that with everyone and does not demand what they do not give then I would not see that person as being lazy but would understand that, that person may not be a perfect fit for someone who has a desire for constant communication. Also If they are lazy with selected people and intentional with others then that would be a cause for concern. That is why it is important to be compatible in friendships and understanding if you are in a mutual friendship. For some people they love their space and that is not being lazy. Those friends who we are not always talking in my experience we have been close. Sometimes I think we over think friendship and have a very generalised mindset on this. Acquaintance in my opinion is a person/people you do not draw in and are not ever intimate (vulnerable) with. Communication with an acquaintance is very superficial and does not go deeper. Some people cannot do groups and enjoy a few close friends or just one friend. What is important in friendship is sharing interests, mutual love and respect, vulnerability, respecting each other’s boundaries and most importantly understanding that your friends are individuals and have their own lives. Most importantly it is important to feel safe around your friends, to feel comfortable to be yourself and comfortable to open up to them with no shame or betrayal. Friendship is very complex and very delicate. Thanks ladies for the video🥰💝.

A female friend of mine that I loved so much hurt me deeply while we were in the university. When I gave my life entirely to Christ, I was led by the Holy spirit to forgive her. She never came to ask me for forgiveness, but I was instructed to forgive her for the sake Of Jesus Christ. After the that experience, I became slow at making friends. However God has His way of planting good friends around His children.
