Tolworth Showtrain Model Railway Exhibition 2023

Yesterday 11th November 2023 I visited the Tolworth Showtrain Model Railway Exhibition which was being held at the Tolworth Recreation Centre.
The exhibition was open from 10 am until 5-30 pm with about 20 layouts on display and also attending the exhibition were approximately 20 trade stands.
As always the level of exhibits on display were to very high standard and the Tolworth Recreation Centre which has been the venue for this annual exhibition for several years now is a good choice with the layouts split over three halls.
The on site facilities were well maintained with tea and coffee plus some snacks on sale in the Croft Theatre.

REDBRIDGE WHARF 4mm Scale/16.5mm Gauge
BLACKMOOR 4mm Scale/9mm Gauge

Old elm park - great play on old oak common. Fantastic layout too.

Great layouts and great filming. Thank you. Too young to remember Thames Ditton at the time but I lived there in 1952!!

I can’t believe that any of these layouts could possibly be under 5” gauge. The place I remember is the Thames Ditton Miniature Railway Club.

What an absolutely gorgeous set of locomotives!! Would this be the old Thames Ditton Miniature Railway that my grandfather took me to visit a couple of times?

Old Elm park one of the best shed layout i have ever seen.
