Gane will be lucky to get a title shot anytime soon, even for the interim belt. You can tell the UFC aren't putting any focus on him, Dana hasn't mentioned him once. I guess it goes to show he turned down Aspinall and Pavlovich. I say make him fight Pavlovich next or Almeida. Gane got massively fraud checked against Jones, he's not a massive draw atm until he fights some of these other guys.

The idea of linking arms like that, was to form an archway, that Miragliotta would then skip joyfully under like he was Scottish country dancing. Miragliotta choked under the big lights though, and forgot to start dancing, with Aspinall and Pavlovich breaking out into a fight soon after, about whose fault the disastrous performance had been. After their diva-like squabble ended with Pavlovich concussed, he was unable to remember the choreography routines, and the show unfortunately had to be abandoned, with the people of Madison Square Gardens never having got to witness the surprisingly graceful dancing of Dan 'Twinkletoes' Miragliotta.

Regardless of what Tom and his fans are saying, Aspinall vs Gane should be next. Gane and Aspinall are both fresh and should be able to fight within a few months. Waiting on a Gane vs Almeida fight would push the title defense by a very long time. Also, Gane vs Aspinall is a lot more exciting than Almeida vs either. The only other possibility is Blaydes but he is coming off a loss and looking at Pavlovich vs Blaydes, you can see how Aspinall vs Blaydes is likely to go.
