Hi! Thank you for sharing this video! I'm planning on buying the Synapse 19 as my gym/work bag and wondering if it can fit a pair of sneakers, a set of workout attire and a 6.8in by 6.8in lunch box in the main compartment? And any space left after? Thanks in advance! :)

Hi. It may be able to fit all that, without anything else. I've since traded my S19 for a S25, otherwise I would test it out for you.

Hi. I'm 5'9". It doesn't looks huge when full, in terms of how it extends off of your back. I like it's footprint a lot.
