With his amazing articulation of each note, each sounding like a pearl, whether in pianissimo or fortissimo, always remaining music and never becoming noise, Tom Borrow may already be one of the greatest pianists of all time at his young age. Such articulation, always in the service of the highest musical expression, remains a mystery.

A magnificently musical and compelling performance. How refreshing to see a young artist play with such depth-and no artifice!

He plays with incredible emotion, & great musicality. I wish I had hands as large as his.

Very much impressed by Tom Borrow graciously playing Sergey Rachmaninov, really captivating. Thank you, Wigmore Hall.

Ouvi o Tom agora no inicio de Maio, interpretando o concerto 1 de Beethoven na sala São Paulo e fiquei impressionado com sua dinâmica acompanhado da OSESP. O futuro do piano certamente terá nele um expoente. Go ahead boy !

The music and performance is incredibly wonderful but I wish the presenter would have found a way to stop her yelling. In the future maybe she could learn to just shut up when the audience is applauding for the artist. Unlike the performing artist her timing is absolutely horrible and inappropriate. This is a concert not a football match.

Presenter is not heard in the hall. He/she is exclusively for online and radio listeners. The audience in the hall cannot hear him/her. We are privileged at being allowed without payment to hear and see these concerts. Just enjoy!

What on earth are you talking about? It’s a radio broadcast. The woman’s announcement during the applause was completely normal. Get a clue!

@@dubio77 I had to turn down the volume when she was announcing and then turn it back up when Tom was playing. So, maybe the problem is with the sound engineer. Maybe you should be more inquisitive and thoughtful instead of self righteous.
