One int went right through evans hands and the other 2 were deep 50/50 balls on 3rd and long and acted as punts. So in my opinion Brady was playing the situation and odds. He still didn't play good in the 2nd half but played so great in the 1st half they overcame it.

Loving all these "Come to Brady" moments today. What some of Brady's fans have known and his detractors ignored was the role true leadership plays in the quarterback position. Aaron Rodgers might be a good leader but he has nothing on Brady. Brady truly lifts the entire team. That's how you win so often with so many teams. If you want to win consistently in the ultimate team sport, leadership isn't just a nice quality for a quarterback to have... it's mandatory.

I love that you are done taking something away from Tom Brady. As a Patriots fan who has been watching Tampa all year long, Tom Brady transcends football, It is easier for announcers to recognize things like athleticism and pass accuracy but what happens is that most of the announcers miss what Brady is even doing to win even though he explains it. He is focused on improving his own abilities all season long. He is focused on improving his communication with every single player on the field. He is focused on studying the playbooks and studying the other teams. He is focused on showing up first and leaving last and being the most disciplined player in football. There are so many intangibles that happen out of the public view and that is what Brady never gets any credit for. One of Tampa's players was asked the difference between playing for Jameis versus Tom and he said that Jameis was more athletic and he depended on that and it hurt him sometimes. Yeah, that is a powerful thought. That maybe being the best quarterback is more about discipline and communications and studying between the games and building humble relationships with the players and learning their body language and learning their running speed and learning how each of them runs their routes. I feel like most of ESPN's announcers haven't been able to "get" that fact and it seems like most of Tom Brady's fans do seem to "get" it and so we have been listening to him being called old since he was 29. Maybe he is athletically old but that is not what makes an elite quarterback. Not even close.

And if the bucs lost Brady would of went to that podium and said " I have to play better" guaranteed , I've seen it everytime he losses, but Rogers seems to point fingers. Thought I had 4th down, refs, need a home game blah blah, always quick to pass the buck. Rogers is great no doubt but if you wanna be the guy sometimes you gotta be more then great.
