As “lame” as his truisms can be at times (e.g., there’s a lot of ways ppl motivate themselves, I found one that worked for me), there’s a reason it’s a truism. I just hope he has honest takes which likely includes “lame” truisms. One of my favorite Brady analyses was on the manningcast where Eli and Peyton were asking Tom about what they play he thinks the team will run in the end zone. They’re talking about little short pass plays, etc., and Tom is just like yeah they should probably just run it bc running the ball is an easier play. They ran the ball and scored.
