oh yeah...he's one of my favorites. Have you heard the interview he did on the 'Wrestling Changed My Life' podcast? It was one of my favorites of all time. He had some great stories about Terry and Tom and Gable.

I remember Tom Ryan as an 8th grader wrestling up on varsity. Bethpage Vs Wantagh were some outstanding duels back then. Think it was my senior year 83-84. Wantagh beats us in a close one.

Brands has never said anything he regrets….really? He has no interest in talking about haters ….well he sure talked plenty about haters that criticized his decision to forfeit so many matches in the big ten tournament….but he has no interest in addressing haters…really? He did not want to address the Gilman situation but the proceeds to address the Gilman situation

Nah. He gets cut so much slack, and rightfully so. HOWEVER, he is objectively very easy to dislike on just about every level from every angle. And if he wasn't protected by the "brand" (see what I did there?) that Gable built, there would be no defense for it. BUT like I said RIGHTFULLY SO, everyone loves a winner, so he gets the benefit of the doubt. Fair enough, objectivity is the burden of losers. But he's still a classless spazz and a dweeb.
