This man in the jury is Markus Spiegel (he was one of the producers of Falco) He is laughing, because Tom is full of energy and trying doing the best, he sings the song of the " Musical Romeo and Julia" much to fast. But he likes him and gives him a "yes" at the end.

Sophia Romanova yes one can say that Tom is overenthusiastic and there is nothing wrong with that. But it's just the reaction of Markus Spiegel - I think this was 2006 - and we in Austria could watch ALL castings ( good and not so good singers) on Internet before the real TV Shows began. Markus Spiegel was very popular - because somtimes he made really funny comments, but he never hurt somebody - and I think he can laugh about himself too- it is just his sense of humour.
