And well, Kali, when negotiating with someone (possibly someone from raindbow), mentions the importance of making investors happy with whatever deal she was working on. To be fair, it has been done in the past; plenty of militaries have, in-fact, recruited criminals to serve in their armies. Granted, it's not exactly done in the modern-day period, but Siege was never big on being too realistic, anyway. That being said, Flores would be a rather solid and fairly realistic pick for CT team if recruiting criminals was still a thing; his skill in thievery would likely help in acquiring sensitive items, for instance. His Robin Hood/vigilante tendencies would also likely help endear him with some of the operators as well; even though Flores was regularly breaking the law, the fact that he was genuinely helping people would make him look very good in the eyes of some of the more "moral-minded" members of Rainbow. Lastly, bringing him into Rainbow would help give him a sense of security; his backstory confirms that his mother (who he took up thieving to support in the first place) was killed by crime bosses when they tracked him down, and the reports written about him note that he struggles with connecting to others.

I kind of wish Flores was part of some Argentinian CTU or some CTU informant before doing heists. Not only would it make sense for him to join rainbow since it’s made up of ops from different countries’ CTUs ( except Iana) but also it would kind of add a lot more to his lore. But that’s what I think. Also his experience should be more than just heists but maybe some made up or real armed conflicts and or operations.

Games that come out with animations should really invest into making full fledged shows from what material that is made or had(well most, not all in my opinion). This and maybe Overwatch come to mind quickly(there are maybe more I'm forgetting) that already has animation for their game and it ties in well being in animation, of course. Since these games been out for years, earning money, it just seem possible to start series in any case. Drawbacks can occur but if they do it, the quality has to be same as their animations that has been produced before. Sorry for sounding redundant or wording is off.
