Tom Clancy's The Division Blatant cheating!! in Survival mode PVP on

Uggg I hate cheaters! What is the point they are NOT playing the same game we are... There is NO challenge.
I come across another player. They disappeared! WTF no I must have imagined it. I thought becoming suspicious as I could not hear running feet sounds this is strange... I looked around everywhere they could have run they are not in sight anywhjere then they magicly pop back up 60 foot away behind a tent but it's impossible to have ran that far and there was no sound so running boots silence! Oh great a cheater!
They are using some teleporter or super speed hack. Looking several times at this recording I think super speed is 10 times our speed or something like that because at 2 points they disappear and then reappear at a distance. I start off doing damage to this Joker then nothing but oh one hit is an instant kill dispute I had almost 90,000 Armour at that point and 3/4 health!
I am glad my mike was off because I was beyond annoyed. Yes, it's annoying getting ganked in the game but that is part of the game! I can accept that if we are playing by the same rules. When a cheater gives themselves abilities we can never have that is not fun! They might as well play with only themselves on a server. This is why I just gave up last night I came across this clown twice more another time and he shot me through a wall I was in a blind alley with walls on 3 sides looking down the open end and no one was there! So I could have only been shot through a wall and there was no roof access there, so not from above unless he was flying. Who knows...
I can see this idiot's gamer tag pause and you can see it too. Yes, I reported them to Ubisoft not that it will do anything. They may get a week's ban for the first time whoopie. Sorry, their account should be removed. They should lose all access to all their games if a video of them actively cheating is provided.
Now people will quote lag and all the usual excuses! No, this was not lag. I checked my times and it was perfect. I am using Gigabit Internet with a fantastic connection. So no it is not that! This is cheating and blatant cheating at that! You can see it was. I am glad I had the mike turned off because I was beyond annoyed to put it politely!

I've run into that player before in the dark zone, Hacker from hell. I play Survival on PS5 now , no PC because of that.

I hope you reported them, I know it's not much but the only tool we have to deal with idiots who abuse the game. If more people complain about using hacks using the reporting tools then the ban hammer does come down. All they have to do is look at his data it will be obvious then he can moan all he likes when his account is removed. I have seen it enough times. Sadly, usually, it's some silly teen. Using their parents' account. It's not so funny when they lose their entire game library. But that's their problem. The PC game in the early days was the Wild West but it has calmed down and mostly they all moved to Division 2 and dark zones there. That's why I restarted playing Survival mode, and I diden't like what the publishers are doing it's beyond stupid. Especially after cancelling Heartlands and not releasing it!

@@Masterlitchuk Unfortunately no cheater get banned on div 1 despite what many others try to imply. It costs them a lot of money to ban players and the only reason there were ban waves was because Hamish was a real rich dude and would people every week until he left the division.

@@rayscene5887 Sadly I think you're correct but if you don't try and demand they police their games nothing will change! Sadly The Division has always been treated with disdain and abused by Ubisoft. Heck just look at how they are trying to destroy The Division 2 with their latest stupidity. Shutter Heartlands and offer a well the Division 3 is being written but no dates or by what division. We know it's not massive well that might be a good thing actually thinking about it! As they are only interested in Star Wars and Avatar. So that can be years away and no guarantee they won't cancel that project as well. Then they want us to buy into rubbish like that awful X defiant Drek and that stupid ball thing.
