@@marvindube3572 That would be really something wouldn't it. When I was in my 20s I was on the 23rd floor of a building under construction. I went out onto the patio and there was only a 16" cement wall. The aluminum rail had not been installed yet. It freaked me out so bad that I had to get onto my hands and knees and crawl to the edge because I was in fear that my brain would get weird and that I would lose my balance. I looked down at the ground and there was a construction worker pushing a wheelbarrow and it looked very small. Maybe the size of one inch total from that far away. Just that very mild incident left an impression on me that stuck with me for life.

I used to be a construction worker, a glazier, hanging on the side of tall buildings, installing the glass. I was never afraid of heights - I actually enjoyed being up there, alone with a partner on a swing stage, high above the city streets. But when I watched this movie, I got so tense my palms were sweating! Amazing stunt work, great directing. My hat's off to Tom Cruise.

Both are great in their own unique way. Jackie could do death defying fight stunts and he doesn't care if he gets injured as most Hong Kong movies in which he mainly got injured didn't have the budget to afford high end safety. But that's the extent of Jackie's talent. Tom on the other end has the acting skills, also produces/ directs every movie he is in. Tom has got injured several times as well...check the last mission impossible where he jumped off the roof and broke his ankle and yet continued to complete the scene. Tom also the unique amazing intelligence to learn how to fly fighter planes, helicopters, racing planes etc.. Check out his last mission impossible where he himself flies a chopper without no one else inside and then hangs out of the chopper in mid flight. Holding his breath for 6:30 minutes while performing a stunt underwater or doing the Halo jump. His list of crazy stunts is endless...

Quentin tarantino has said on record that the movie has the best stunts in history of film making., Dangling through a helicopter, Jackie even got hit by a helicopter in the movie and jumped from a building, and this was in the 90s with minimal safety equipment and just apple boxes for safety. Tom cruise probably has the strongest rope in the world to dangle from Burj khalifa, not taking away anything from him. He's great too. But the real OG is, & will always be "Jackie Chan"
