@@tomschmitz261 I don't care about the private lives of strangers. Actors are entertainers. I am talking about the entertainment value here. No other actor I can think of has had decades long success streaks making great and successful movies. In addition, I don't look up interviews, these actors show up in my shows. I watch Graham for Graham. And the times I've seen Cruise in interviews or other actors talking about him are always in a great light. That is why I said it is a bonus. The main point is how it is rare to consistently making blockbuster after blockbuster as an actor for decades. For reference, think about all the big actors in the last four decades and see where they are now relative to Cruise's career.

NO...nonononono...the reason Color of Money worked is because it was a sequel to The Hustler. Paul Newman played the same character, in the sequel he has decades of experience and wised up. Vince...I just...don't see evolving any further than he had at the end of the movie.... Honestly...I think a sequel just wouldn't be the same without Newman and it might even "ruin" the story we have had with those two...some films just need to be left alone. But, that is just my opinion on the matter.

Jackie Gleason to Paul Newman to Tom Cruise to the next talent 👍👍👍 Granted a pool movie in this day and age may be cheesy sounding because it’s lacking action with special effects but if it’s done right the 80’s OG’s will come out to see it and it will give some nostalgia of a happier simpler time!!!
