This was an EXCELLENT review. I wanna try and see how it sounds with my Boss Katana MK2 with the 4-710d tube preamp. Your Starcaster’s tone sounds very VERY close to the Invader pickups.

fender selling our youth to us, only 30 + will buy this guitar, I do not think any adult will spray paint or add stickers on it. such a dumb idea to purchase a starcaster with just one pickup for this kind of money.

I’m a school teacher, and I’m happy to say that you’re wrong. Because the only artists that the kids talk about all day is Taylor Swift and it may sound crazy but they won’t shut up about blink either. Blink shirts, blink stickers on their lockers, blink phone cases…. They are still just as popular as they have ever been and I think as long as the kids have parents that are willing to pay for it, Then this guitar will sell just as well as his strat did when it first came out. I’m just beyond happy to see kids interested in guitar music and a rock band again, when I was in school it was the mumble rap era….I felt like an alien for liking bands like blink. Now they’re the hottest thing out again.
