thomas had at best a top pair or a set if he kept betting on flop and turn. checking allows thomas to put in one more value bet on the river except he had absolutely nothing. if tom bets the river, thomas would have folded anyways. tom betting on river after just calling flop and turn looks nutted and he is probably only going to get a set to call. if thomas has a set, hes betting river because like you said no board pair and no flush

Hey HCL how about being a trailblazer and make your high stakes games disguise free. No trying to hide your face ! Masks, shades and hoody do not make good viewing at all. May as well have a laptop in Thomas' seat. You want to play in the big game. Then no hiding. Not even shades! I wear shades at the table, and even I think they should be banned, from all poker tables. I also don't think we should be allowed to pull hoody over our face or leave the table while in hand. It was a much easier fold for Keating to fold after 3 consecutive raises with 2 of those raisers following him. Tom was last to act and trying to get a read for future hands, but he knew within 4 seconds he was never planning to call.
