Sooooo I heard you talk about it not being a beastly fragrance but I had a passenger last night that flew from London to Vegas and he had been flying for almost 24 hrs with layovers. I kept getting whiffs of the fragrance he had on and I had to ask him what was he wearing and he said Lost Cherry. Literally every 3 minutes of the ride I would get whiffs of it. It smelled amazing. I was impressed!

I bought it the day it came out at the @tomford store, mainly for my wife. Its not great on me but I love catching whiffs of it when my wife passes by. It reminds me of Tobacco Vanilla also, in the sense the opening is as the name implies but then they both dry down the same in a tonic, vanilla, soft and subtle way. Longevity could be better for the price. Every women I've let test it has loved it.

I immediately loved this one from the first smell. Unfortunately, it doesn't really have the longevity on my skin, but on clothing it's awesome, even the day after. Not really worth the price, but definitely a pleasure to enjoy. 10:53 should have been the advert tagline. Nailed it Sebastian.

Mancera Wild Cherry is a great & more affordable option IMO, if you like cherry, gorgeous scent. Lost Cherry's asking price is too ridiculous for me to even be interested in it. C'mon Tom, your frags are nice but they're not anywhere near as good as you seem to think they are.

This is not something I would ever wear, but Nordstrom gave me a sample after I bought TF Lavender Extreme (as a gift for somebody). So naturally I gave it a spritz and sniff. WOW. Thick cherry syrup overload at first blush. If it just stayed there it would be unbearable. But it dries down to something radically different. There's always a reminder of cherry there, but to my nose it almost turned into cigarette ash, yet the nice nuance of cigarette ash if you can imagine it. Yes, as I just this moment heard Sebastian say, cherry pipe tobacco, but not right out of the package, rather cherry pipe tobacco that's already being smoked.

This at first didnt like it then i think the almond really saves it and it grew on me. Its deep dark preserved almost synthetic cherry smell but there is creamy almond along with that.. which is good. I now like it …

I'm not defending Tom Ford's pricing scheme but anything meant to be a luxury item can't be cheap. I'll try to smell it if available at a store but no way will I shell out for it. Btw, a long time ago in the 60s there was a brand called Dante and I remember two of their frags. One was Lime and the other was Cherry which I don't know if that one was a masculine frag or not. I do remember it being very sweet.

I tend to agree with you (about the pricing) fragrances is almost the 1 “collecting” kinda thing that even if you are not too well off you could get the best of the best. Aventus where I’m from 100ml retails for $450 that is mental but if you really wanted it it’s not completely out of reach like if you are a car guy or jewellery or whatever.

i tried this yesterday at neiman marcus. weird but this actually lasted quite a while on me. it didnt project strongly but it sat on my skin even after showering, and when i woke up today it's still there (of course only the sandalwood is obvious but knowing how it should smell like i can tell the cherry is still there) very juicy cherry at the opening, it then settles to a syrupy artificial cherry and almond reminiscent of car air freshener. it then settles to a creamy sandalwood and tonka bean with hints of the tangy cherry. it's a like but not a love. definitely not worth the price tag (the car air freshener association is a big factor)

I havent gotten my nose on this one yet. Just off the notes alone it reminds me of this jergens lotion my aunt use to have. I wasnt really into that back than, but that's just what I think of just off the note break down. Will have to get my nose on it to know for sure.

Sebastian, please please please do a review on lost Cherry vs. fragrenza amareno Cherry! I got a sample of lost Cherry from Luckyscent. Upon first spray I loved it, especially the sourness of the cherry. But during dry down for a short while I did smell a synthetic Cherry-like scent which was a little offputting for me. However I did like the end dry down. TF was very light and the longevity was not great. I tried this dupe from Fragrenza’s Amareno Cherry.I did a side-by-side test on my arms and my friends could not tell the difference or they chose the dupe as the more expensive fragrance. I’ve never tried a dupe of anything for a couple of reasons but the longevity is better, the scent to me is the same and the price point is ridiculously better coming in at $60. I also love to layer the cherry with tobacco Vanille and many others. Tom Ford’s price point would put me over the edge if I did that. None the less Tom Ford is a limited edition and i’m not sure how I feel if it were gone LOL. ( anyone else seeing feelings of abandonment here?) 🤣I may grab one, but follow it up with the dupe!

I have Lost Cherry and I Love it! Although, it is not "beasting" fragrance, it an interesting sequel of "Fucking Fabulous". Initial spray, Cherry in your face but the dry down I get the Vanile, light rose, silent incense and dark but subtle tonka bean.

I have a question, I haven't smelled this at all but when you were describing things and also when the red head was talking about performance I wondered if this release was suppose to be a Tom Ford answer to BR540 or their take on that kind of luxury skin scent that lasts but it can be really difficult to judge on the wearer the performance. Just wondering what you think about that. BR540 EDP is my favorite and it's basically caramel and sugar sweetness with balsamic note and almonds (tldr) which I'm sure you know that Fragrance prolly better than I do; So do you think this Tom Ford release is suppose to be one of those Luxury Skin scents? I feel like BR540 doesn't really project insanely but it leaves a marvelous scent trail and does last for quite some time even when you think it's not there. p.s. This thing has vetiver in it? do you pick up any vetiver here in the deep dry down like 2 hrs+ it's weird that they used so many earthy / dirty notes in the base

The cherry smell makes it unique! Sweet and cheeky aroma. Good reactions from young woman (+19). I am going to wait until TF releases an alternative for less than $200. Similar to TF Ombre Leather, if not then I have to hunt for a fragrance with similar formula for a fair price. Very pricey but a pleasant smell. I pass!

you missed fact perfume scent fades out after 1hr and after 20-30 min you need to spray again otherwise its faded away. its a lot of money people - read owner rewievs not smell testers.200 gbp for 50 mil and if its faded away after 1 hr do your maths.

That scent doesn't have any ingredient that can justify $300 for 50ml. Fucking Fabulous was a huge disappointment for me and, although I think I'll enjoy this one a bit more, I'm still skeptical, especially considering the criticism of it's poor performance that you also mentioned. We'll see. Nonetheless, loved the video! 😊
