I love Hannah Waddingham, she is great! So is Tom!

Dammit! Now I have to watch Big again. I was a senior in High School at the time and absolutely loved it. The true irony of the movie is that even when you do finally become "big", you're still just as clueless as that 12-year-old stumbling around pretending to know what you're doing. There's also a wide-eyed naivete, fearlessness and excitement about the world that we all desperately wish to hold onto in spite of all the bitter knowledge experience brings as we age. Superb film.

When it happens to me I say, truthfully, that it isn't because I'm in my 60s, I've ALWAYS sucked with names.

Because his son Colin taught him that. An attentive parent remembers what your kids teach you, just as the same as they remember what you teach them.

Seeing multiple interviews with Tom Hanks, it amazes me how much of movie making is actual ad-libbed in the moment.
