If it's a witness protection programme why do they wear blindfolds for the journey there? It's the enemies of witnesses who have to not know where the witnesses are, not the witnesses themselves, who anyway can find out in a minute with their phones and computers etc etc, where they are, even if they have poor geographical knowledge of their country. Just too improbable. And totally unsympathetic, unrealistic characters.

@@jasanders5877 They used to produce the best series in the world, but not anymore. The last outstanding thing they did was Inspector Morse. Upstairs Downstairs, for instance, was far superior to Downtown Abbey. About the blindfolds, maybe there's a twist in the plot along the lines of The Prisoner, another great series the Brits can't produce anymore. He's right in that the characters are unsympathetic, by the way.

Is everyone in Meadowland in the witness protection program? That’s what the description says. I doubt that’s where people go in witness protection. I agree people are not blindfolded to prevent them from knowing where they are relocated. What about each room in their home having microphones & cameras? Very far fetched but as an entertaining movie, poetic license is allowed.
