After an indepth investigation, no charges were ever brought against Allen. There was no evidence or any further allegations ever brought against him by anyone. Mia Farrow brought the allegations after Allen left her for her adopted daughter. Although that was an issue of morality, it was not criminal. It was decades ago and he is still married to Sun Yi.
