Un bel hommage à Gene Vincent et ses musiciens. Beck était un curieux homme, original mais certainement l'un des plus fabuleux guitaristes sur terre

Tom was in his early 60’s back they and he looked really good, he’s still got the pipes 20 years later. Jeff Beck was a fantastic guitarist and is sorely missed.

Glad to see Jeff Beck respecting Cliff Gallup's percussive solos...they're so crucial to the song that I would point to as quintessential rock 'n' roll...

Iggy, Jones has known Beck since the early 60's. I saw an interview they did about 20 years ago and Jones was trying to get a record contract and the guy from the record company told Jones he'd have to let the guy suck his johnson. Jones let him do it and the guy didn't fulfill his part and Jones went after him and chased him through the building. I couldn't believe it but Jones was the one talking. If you can find it good luck.

@necklix3 жыл бұрын
@@danocatster Paaleeze... Jeff Beck is a fabulous person and has respect for all guitar players. I am a fan of Brian;s I also have been playing guitar for 24 years and know Jeff personally... Jeff can play any genre of music and does... I know for a fact Brian can't. That does not take a way from Brian's talent. Enjoy.
@danocatster3 жыл бұрын
@@necklix Setzer plays all genres. He can play circles around Beck in any of them. Setzer has a classical album even. You obviously don't know Setzer's body of work. It dwarfs Beck's in quality and quantity.

I still maintain that Beck was the best guitar player in the Yardbirds, with Page next...and Clapton third. Just sayin'. The Beck/page duo in the Yardbirds was incandescent.

Great Beck, but Jones ruins the song. Lots of verbal fireworks but no real feeling, just a performance. Belongs in Vegas. Compare Vincent's original if you want to understand what I mean by feeling.

Ronnie, no one will beat the original by the king of the ROCKERS.... MR EUGENE VINCENT CRADOCK.

Heard Gene Vincents version and it sounds vanilla lame compared to this. Jones has more power and grit to his vocals than Vincent ever did.
