Brilliant episode with two awesome big dudes. I was at the Giants Live show in Glasgow and bloody hell when Tom put that last stone up it felt like the roof lifted off the place. If you can please go see a Giants Live show and see these great athletes and how they help and encourage each other. Or just watch it on the TV over Christmas 😂. On the slapping "sport" it's just bonkers and eventually will end up with someone dying or kids watching it dying trying to emulate it.

Good video everything your and Tom said makes sense I've noise off drums. Breathing etc. Well ye people need to try it if it works for you do it IE cold water etc it does work everyone should try it. I have followed youes from day one. Lol no as bad peeping through your window I have meet youes in your gym I traveled from Glasgow on my birthday for my 50 th youes were there and made me welcom exsp I turned up when your we training for your comp your coach was there to still gave me 10 mins with. Youes are well loved I worked off myself as a chef. Lol I have even gave Luke his eggs in the morning lol. And now look at him now big changes you have keep me going. Thanks guys I lost my mum same time as your mum to and yees the gym help me as a Distraction. My brother was finding it hard loosing mum. I pushed him to the gym and saved him to. X I
