@@louvellie Though by doing that, it doesn't sell. It's easier to fool folks that have zero interest in seeking out drugs and believe they can achieve the same look by eating 3 eggs a day and doing X amount of workouts. For me, these body influencers all have the same routine. Get on juice, look good, create some BS plan and sell it to the masses. They WILL fool a decent amount of folks to fill their bank and at the end of the day, that's all that matters to them.

loved this video, glad to see someone saying the truth. Yes guys will get pissed, why? Ego. I comepete in drug free powerlifting, and even in this sport division I would say 50% are juicing. They just dont get caught. They have learned out how to pass the drug test. Then there are the guys who say well I am on TRT for my health. Well guess what, you are still on roids!! Period. You have a huge edge compared to a guy taking nothing. I also agree with what you said about almost all guys in a gym taking juice and its true. These guys dont know how to train, eat or anything properly. Guys ask me all the time if I am on. I just lie and say I put test in with my cereal in the morning. They wont believe that im on nothing. Never have. Been around it my whole life, just never took anything. Found I could hurt myself naturally, which I proved over and over. I am also not against it. I understand the reasoning behind taking it. As a society the get there quick is the mode for most. I tell guys this, learn how to train correctly for you, learn how to eat for you, how to think, how to manage your emotions, how to sleep. All of it, before you ever think about juicing. When you decide to juice get a good doctor who doesnt just say no, because you are going to do it anyway. A good doc who will take blood panels and be honest with you reading what your levels are saying. There are no safe ways to take them but there are safer ways. Be smart. Also if you are going into powerlifting, you weigh 220 and have been training for 5 years and you bench 325 correctly, guess what stay away from the juice. You dont have the genetics to be number 1. Just the truth

Got to the 11-12 minute mark, when I heard the he’s „natty now” I lost interest. You’ve been running PEDs for years just because you stop at some point doesn’t make you „natty”. You’ve developed muscle using enhancements, you may have lost some of that muscle but you will always be enhanced. Some of that unnatural muscle mass will always stay with you and you will always have it easier regaining the muscle mass compared with never running a cycle. I’m not natural myself, but referring to a botched show from when you were SIXTEEN as a definitive proof natural bodybuilders don’t exist is a pretty damn short sighted conclusion for a mature man. They do exist, as well as organizations running competitions properly testing people but - you guessed it - they look a lot smaller and not very impressive (probably where we agree). But they do exist

There's guys who don't take gear that look way better than guys with mid genetics who are on gear. I'm referring to the average gym rat. As far as olympia level, nobody besides the top 1% genetically gifted people look close to that. I will say though there are definitely people (Mostly african americans and people of west african lineage) that look better than people who are on gear and amatuer or even pro bodybuilders.

On a pro level you have to juice to compete. Thats why I never cared about going pro when I competed but as an amateur you can compete and look great if you can push yourself staying natural. I did tested shows and none tested shows and did very well in both. I feel that my football back ground helped me to have a great look that stood out. Do not listen to these guys saying nobody is natural. It’s a lie to make themselves feel better. I like bodybuilding but that world of folks be trippin big time. Also don’t never base your look off others I didn’t. Prefect your look for you and the benefits from that will amaze the hell out of you believe me.

But: I also had disfiguring acne from 13 to 29 years old. Clean diet made it even worse. And an ugly aggressive looking face on top of that. Only alcohol reduced the acne and I developed a problem with it. Many people asked me if I was on gear. Now looking back, many people probably thought I was an ungifted person on steroids. Like there is no halo around you telling you are developed natty even if you are. Maybe I should have taken gear?

this guy is saying nonsenses and poor ignorant Larry listening to him without saying a word or asking how it works, insulin drive chronic metabolic disease because insulin drives growth, abnormal growth, it's drive vascular smooth muscle growth, that's why you get coronary artery disease, it drives prostate and breast growth, that's why you get breast and prostate cancer because of the insulin. Injecting insulin when it is not medically necessary, especially in individuals who do not have diabetes or insulin deficiency, is not recommended and can potentially lead to complications. Here’s how injecting insulin without medical necessity could theoretically contribute to insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes: Injecting excessive amounts of insulin can lead to chronically elevated insulin levels in the bloodstream. This constant exposure to high insulin levels may over time desensitize cells to insulin’s effects, leading to insulin resistance. We all know that Insulin helps regulate blood sugar levels by promoting glucose uptake into cells. Injecting insulin when blood sugar levels are already normal can disrupt this balance, potentially causing hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Prolonged exposure to high insulin levels due to unnecessary injections could potentially contribute to insulin resistance. Insulin resistance occurs when cells become less responsive to insulin’s signals, leading to higher blood sugar levels over time. so good luck to the people who drink what this guy is saying. Personnally i don't encourage you to inject insulin, if you do it, do it under the guidance of a doctor.
