It just shows they have passed that moment in their life, and can experience happiness of the lesson it taught them. Clarity if you will. So incredible! Usually with a piano, you can't replicate the whole orchestra or band, and so it's a more calm, "unplugged" song version. This guy has created it - I am so in awe of this! - that the SAME, the very same progression from quiet all the way up to the climax of the song, the same goosebumps, the same emotion, and that without the drums! I am still sitting here and thinking about that arrangement. I am so awestruck by this, I have to recollect myself.
