He loved Tom Petty and always said if anything happened to him he wanted this played at his funeral and we honoured his wishes after he passed from a massive heart attack. This is not a Heartbreakers song. It's from Full Moon Fever, which is his first solo album. Petty co-wrote it with Jeff Lynne. Lynne plays on the song as does George Harrison. Also, Brian May is not in this video, that is Mike Campbell, who had a similar hairstyle (but plays a Gretsch 6186 Clipper on this song and is mock playing Harrison's Stratocaster in the video). Ringo Starr only appears in the video as Phil Jones was the drummer for the album.

Also I remember a close friend of Tom and the band (and mine), Nancy Luca, who had her own band and I partied with her and Tom occasionally. Tom was just a regular guy - 100%! I thought Nancy would also become a super-star - she DEFINITELY had the talent!
