Hooray for right diagnosis and blessings on your healing journey! This experience is all too common, unfortunately. I had a raft of crap diagnoses over 25-30 years until Lyme was found. My practitioners tell me I am at 90-95 percent better now. Yes!!!! Kudos to Stephen Harrod Buhner and his awesome book, Healing Lyme (2015 ed) and my wonderful practitioners!!!

Hi golden blue 99 how are you dear everyday when you wake up in the morning I want you to look in the mirror and I want you to say three positive things about yourself I am a nice person I am nice to people I keep my room clean I eat all my vegetables any three nice things that you would like to say about yourself and then go on your day I want to was very depressed deep depression and medication didn't help friends just couldn't help and I had a therapist and he told me every day when I wake up say three nice things about myself that I can do or that reflect on me and it took a couple of months but after about 6 months I was like wow I feel good I feel good about me I'm a good person I'm a likable person and wow I just bloomed and I made lots of friends and I came out of my depression and life was good and I so wish this for you I will pray that you will find your inner strength and your soul that you are a good person and you deserve kindness and a happy good life God bless you from Maine

Thats how awesome Tom Petty was: he could get half of The Beatles in his video! The actual story is great: apparently the guy who played drums on the record didn't show up for the filming. Tom didn't know what to do until George said he might know a drummer. Tom asked him to call this person and 30 minutes later Ringo walks in. Everyone said "Oh yeah, George Harrison knows a drummer!!" 🙂
