Not to say he got it from Bruce, but I notice that men and women that have steel jacketed minds all have that same mentality. To break through seemingly unachievable levels, you have to have a mental connection to it.

Als ich zwanzig war und mein erstes Training absolviert habe, stand Tom Platz auf der Mr. O-Bühne mit gerissenem rechten Bizeps! Aber er hatte ja seine überragenden Beine, von deren Anblick man sich eh nicht abwenden konnte, weil es kaum fassbar war wieviel Masse da bei ihm über den Knien hing. Freu mich!

there's a lot of factors at play that would avoid or bring that injury risk. As Tom mentioned, he was religious about technique of the movement, that may be a big factor?!

The people who are loudest about exercise “giving you bad knees” are always the fattest slobs out there. They somehow end up with knee replacements by 50, despite not running a mile or lifting a weight. Strong muscles protect the joints. Motion is lotion. Sitting around getting fat is the fastest way to wreck your knees

Hes right pre workout is garbage only does more damage in the long term than anything. I tried it once and i hated it made my workout worse. Have a clean mindset especially on leg day is key along with reps.

Alles was er sagt ist für mich, als hätte ich schon immer darauf gewartet, dass es jemand anders genauso sieht und ausspricht. Wer kann den Mann mit den unglaublichsten Beinen in der Historie des BB vorhalten, er würde falsch liegen auf grund irgendwelcher wissenschatlichen Erkenntnisse? Klasse! Könnte an jeder Stelle in seine Videos einsteigen. Bloß habe ich keine Zeit mir die Stunden hier mit den ganzen Tom Platz Videos zu geben. Besser ihr macht ganz kurze Videos mit jeweils einer prägnanten Aussage. Sonst ist es einfach too much für die KZbin audience. Man wird dann mit einer Lebensgechichte, mindset und Trainingslehre so überflutet, dass man am Ende nicht mehr weiß, was man jetzt davon mitnehmen will. Wie wenn man immer mehr Wasser in ein Glas schüttet, dass an einem bestimmten Punkt voll ist. Das ganze Wertvolle läuft dann leider über. Beste Grüße Markus
