Hello how are you? I have a hotone ampero 2 stomp and I'm wanting to buy the lionheart (and then buy a 1x12 cabinet). My question is, what would the connections that TQ used be like? I would have to connect the hotone ampero to the send return of the loudpedal, adjust it to the effects chain of my guitar effect pedal, but instead of outputting the ampero out, should I output with the xlr of the loudpedal? (I'm kind of confused and have no experience with pedals) Thanks!

I have a real problem with anything solid state…class D etc… I’ve had one of these for 4days now…whatever Tom and Laney came up with…it’s almost impossible to tell that it’s class D and not tube…I run a comp at the beginning of the chain a “twin 60” boost and I don’t need any drive pedals. The external and the internal boost handle all my gain stepping for a country, blues, classic rock type setting. I play a tele, and a p90 sg…and I could swear I was playing a tube amp. Is it perfect no…but it’s the best solution out there for a pedalboard amp… Now the DI and the LAair or loader…it’s excellent and toms IR’s are show ready out of the box…one reminds me of the old 4x10 lion heart when they were first released…needless to say I’ve refused to use anything but tubes for 25years and now I play this exclusively…it’s very controllable and adapts to almost every situation I can throw at it…but…I could really use some advice on speaker pairing with it…H30 of course..at least that’s what the Laney cabs are but any other ideas anyone!!! My Rex isn’t cutting it… Great job Tom & Laney, I gotta get a back up now…
