I heard this band for the first time with you. It's a Suzanne Vega song and I love it. I really appreciate your comments and sincerity. A lot of reactors are acting, but you care about the person you share with and I think you share the artists you love. Yes, this is a commercial platform, but money should not be everything and there should be real musicians like you who follow their heart. Thank you Juliet :). I also know that you love Morissette very much. These days she sings songs for Disney. Disney even made a song for her, I don't want a song from you, I'm just giving you current news for a singer you love :)

Beautiful dissection of the song. I think you really articulate why this song works so well. I also like that you give credit to both their voices, because both are fantastic. Also, love that you gave some shout out to the bass guitarist. I play bass and we are frequently ignored, but a good bass guitar line can really anchor a song. I'm thinking of Carlos Dengler and Interpol.

Great you're getting into AMK! I myself discovered them only recently and am really happy as I've intensly searching KZbin for new music for nearly three years now and woth the help of channels like yours discovered so many great artists from all around the world, but so far I was missing (as a Bavarian myself) a German band I really vibe to and gladly recommend to my music friends abroad... now I've found them! - If you want to continue your journey, which I'd highly appreciate as you clearly get 'it' and it's fun to watch them with you and hear your expertise, they have (as you've just discovered yourself...) some more amazing English covers and "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" is a perfect choice for your next one, but also their German originals are definitely worth a listen... I'm totally in love with a newer live "session room" recording of their song "Ich geh heut nicht mehr tanzen" where they added strings and brass in a great arrangement. The lyrics are fun too, somehow opposing or contrasting the great vibe... Anyway I'll be here for you next reaction to AMK (or Giant Rooks, or any other of the artists they've been collaborating with in their viral videos, didn't dig deeper there so far, but as you said the first guy here, the singer of Giant Rooks screams artist and I'd love to see more of him... just right now I'm still busy with checking out AMK, there's quite a lot to catch up with as they've been around since 2011 and have several albums out and many great live videos and sessions as well...) You'll love "Roxanne" as another great duet (with another vocalist) or "Valerie" with Natalie Findlay...- Have a great day and enjoy it, I'm looking forward to your next one! The sound of your voice doesn't have anything to do with your skin colour. Some people have a high pitched voice and others a low pitched voice. And then there is grit which is what this guy has. You can train to get this kind of grit and very few people have it naturally in their voice. If you have this kind of grit you can expect this guy to have some natural grit and he probably had professional voice training as well. Because there are also songs where he takes the grit out of his voice and sings without it. It's just fascinating 😊
