I think sound normalization is part of the edit and they failed at it. Even Tom on the ground is hard to hear. So F, and every video on this channel lacks normalization. The cuts were a lot better than everything else... Maybe they asked Tom for that part of the job... And he is an expert.

Probably the 2 seater is used for training but the one seaters are more dialled in for performance. I think the wiglets help with wing tip vortexes

That single seat plane is actually a different aircraft to the 2-seat ones, it's the one Ben Murphy now flies in the Red Bull Air Race Championship, but of course he needs it at home to train in and since he's leader of the Blades he may as well fly it in formation with them!

The Blades, I feel, are better to watch than the Arrows. They're all ex Red Arrows and the Extra 300 hits more interesting manoeuvres with higher angle of attacks and more low speed manoeuvres. The Reds are slick as hell though.
