If the Bears aren’t extremely aggressive this deadline it will be a failure they need to make all in moves now and in the off-season you can’t waste another year of Caleb’s contract on hopes of draft picks hitting or developing rookies. You got the rookie who matters most which is QB no other rookie draft pick matters now go get the premium edge rusher and in the off-season sign a LT, LG and C then draft a RG and in the later rounds draft depth on the OL to develop in the background. It takes years to build a OL through the draft the Bears don’t have years to do that you need to take advantage of Caleb’s rookie contract.

Poles said he wants to be relevant every year. The only way you do that is by drafting good players, and not selling your future and ruining your cap.

@@dnice33 No it’s now. They have only a 2 1/2 year window of Caleb on his rookie contract he just like every other QB Burrow, Allen etc etc won’t play a single snap in his 4th season before he gets an extension so they only have 3 full seasons to go all in

@@bigdaddy2706 He’s already flipped the roster & drafted a shit ton of the team’s starters. There is no proof that draft picks hit 100% of the time and if they miss on major positions like OL or DE with high draft picks you waste years. You got him on a rookie contract you now go all in now with proven vets at DE ( a premium edge ) and proven vets at OL and you can draft a RG to start but there shouldn’t be more then 1 rookie on the OL starting.
