The best channel for old school American base I have ever seen! My ex US Air Force boxing team member coach teaches just that! And he is tall, lanky and from DC. Reminds me of SRR and Alexis AGUERO all together - OPEN THE DOOR - CLOSE THE DOOR, SON! NOW WE COOKING!!!..... SLAM THAT 'TWO' DOWN HIS THROAT, SON!!!....

Thank you, so much Coach Tom Yankello for the minute important little adjustments of keeping ‘one eye down the barrel of the gun’ and dropping the chin down more for maximum protection- and consequently, further extension on the jab. As a boxer, my coaches and sparring partners know that I have an effective stiff and fast jab; however, as a boxer, I will always find ways to improve the tools in my arsenal. I get it coach! Before I focused both eyes at the end of my fist. Now ima work on covering one eye with my glove for not only the jab but the right cross and all the punches
