There's attention to detail and skill involved instead of just cooking the dish. Such as soaking the vermicelli with cool water & adding additional tom yum paste n sugar mixing them with water 1st before into the noodles. Legit! :)

It looks so delicious! I was wondering if you could actually make a video on Kerala beef fry/ularthiyathu. I think you would have a really nice take on the dish! It's super popular in the South Indian state of Kerala.

I use the Thai Boy brand. The logo is a baby boy.
