Have you heard of the insane F1 2020 mod ? It's basically F1 1998-2007 career challenge, you can play any of those seasons and it's really well made.

It is honestly the most engaging F1 game I have played (only rivaled by GP4). The only downside it had were the deadly curbs that spun you out from nowhere.

The thing that's make F1 2006 special is the career mode, the progression of the game is a lot of better than actual, you need to start at Toro Rosso or another lower tier team, and need to gave results to receive new proposes for new teams.... It was awesome, I can say in general, the older games had a lot of better career mode.

I did record this at Nurburgring originally, then Hockenheim but I wasn't happy with the racing at either track. So eventually settled for Turkey, hence why the video went out at Midnight 😅

This game is still amaxing but its such z shxmc we never did get f1 2007 or 2008 games. Would love to see a series on this with '07 and '08 mods for season 2 & 3 respectively

Fair point, just not sure what I'd call it? Like for me, a 'Remaster' is something I have nostalgia over that's playable on current tech or current tech makes it better? So for me, racing these cars which I grew up playing with on a Controller on Current Wheels for me is incredible, also better quality or laser scanned circuits...

When the bar next the throttle trace goes red it means you’re clipping the force feedback, it means you have the in game setting “gain” too strong or the ff range on your wheel set too weak. Run the wheel at 100% and turn the game setting down until you don’t see it max out and turn red. It will give you better feedback in low speed and help you feel the front axle 👍 also i don’t think its good for the hub motor.

What would you title it? For me a 'Remaster' is something I can play like I did back in the day, but with the benefits of modern tech (like being able to use my Fanatec wheel with it, Laser Scanned Circuits) so it's a general higher quality experience, without the Career Mode, granted.

Your force feedback is clipping all the time. you should turn it to the max in the fanatec software and then turn it down seperately in the game so it doesn't clip.

I have, the bar still clips with 100 on my Fanatec Software and 0 in-game. I got a plugin but I need to try it.
