frank furter Well I eye attended The Culinary Institute of America in Poughkeepsie New York...it's the grandfather of culinary schools in this country.. I learned the art of cooking and now specialize in Avant-garde cuisine...may sound pretentious but hey I was ladened with $80,000 of student debt so I got into what the rich people like to eat (which wasn't hard because I live in L.A.).. That just so happens to be avant-garde...exactly what he's showing in the video..

Sweety 7866 well, that was an adventure on its own 😂 first try didn't work. But finally I did it with a pot of almost boiling water, I put on top a strainer (like the ones for pasta) an then covered the sides with some aluminum foiled and a towel. If you have some of those pots that is for pasta or for steaming things, I think that will be perfect. It takes time, like 20 min but it's worth it if you do many at the same time. Hopefully you understand my method 😂😬
