Digital downloads can be deleted at the corporations whim, cannot be resold, and have far less overhead but sell for the same price. Don't support any gaming initiative to digitalize gaming. Physical discs matter, and the only way that these megacorporations will respect the customer is if we vote with our wallets. Do NOT buy any console that does not support physical gaming media. Send the PS5 pro the way we sent Stadia. Into its shameful grave early.

Have you tried not being under a corporation's thumb by just moving to PC and doing whatever the hell you want ? A disc is just a storage device and if sony, microsoft or nintendo don't want you playing a game all it takes is one software update and that disc will be a paper weight. Physical Pc games hasn't been a thing for like 15 years and out of all platforms we have the most control over our games.
