I love how in sync your Synchro is with Matty. You two work so perfectly together and win lots of medals too. I was afraid once because I thought I heard you say you were changing Synchro Partners. That bothered me. Because why mess with perfection. I even subscribed to Matty’s Instagram to see what he is up to inbetween practice at home. What I learned. It’s Mostly drinking libations with his dad 😂. But as long as that Synchro stays as tight as it’s been, he deserves a little break. But the good thing, he’s serious about his work. Speaking of which, I’m getting concerned Tom about Nile Wilson and his many injuries. Maybe you can give him a little chat and see what he might be doing wrong. You are friends after all. I get concerned he uses his KZbin videos for fun and games that putting wear and tear on his body. Like you, I commented and not sure he read it. Maybe, just maybe, you’ll see this and have a body mental workout with him they way you do. So yoga, body wellness, all that stuff you do to prepare before training. He needs some help.

@@Sigita989 So you're lack of understanding on how Tom could help Nile as a friend is daunting. The are both in sports, regardless how different. Tom does lits of things tp prepare his body making it ready for his sport. Nile does not. He plays with his friends making videos which is likely adding to pressure points that could be preserved for competition. Maybe, somehow, you could see through this and agree that advice from anyone could be helpful. Do you not accept advice from people. I think that we all do at some point. It's a human condition. Advice.

He grown man who should know what to do and how to behave to get best results in his sport. No advice will help if he dont understand that. And you dont know that Nile only do what he shows. I have had the crappiest morning and this made it so much better...I don't know why. It was just positive. I've lost 110 lbs, and most people look at me and all they see is "still fat."
