I'm non-binary because my gender dysphoria is usually only partial, sometimes intensifying to other parts of my body, and has persisted for a decade now. I have socially transitioned and plan to physically transition. There are trans people who don't want to physically transition but still socially transition, say from male to female. I think the persistent desire to transition not just socially, but physically as well means that I am trans by definition (I don't care much about the labels). If I could be rid of my dysphoria and live as my birth gender, I would do it happily. It is a confusing identity -- it confused me for a long time, especially for the first 5 years, but I can no longer hope that it will go away, and instead need to step up and try to normalize who I am to others, because it really isn't that big of a deal. I will agree that there are a chunk of non-binary/trans individuals who are confused and not genuinely trans, but typically, they are teenagers trying to figure themselves out or are looking for validation, so hating on them only hurts them in the long run and galvanizes them into HRT which they regret later. It's better that they gradually forget about being trans/nb

And identifying as trans doesn't mean you're on hormones or puberty blockers. You dont magically spawn a starter kit the moment you decide you're trans. The process to get prescriptions as an adult can take months, and for minors there's the added factors that most parents and legal policies won't permit that at all. I believe that minors shouldn't be on puberty blockers, but even among the trans people i've met in the liberal area i live in all the ones i know didn't even start til they were over 18. The issue is there's no longer any room for rational debates over it because people like Walsh are drastically inflating the issue to demonize transition and trans people as a whole. The Daily Wire's masters, the Heritage Foundation, want to eliminate Americans' freedom to be trans. Society cant reach the right conclusions when the well of nuance has been poisoned by corrupt forces like that, and the worst part is that's by design.

The nicest people I've met though in these 3 categories came from Texas, no matter how far right or how far left I've never met a Texan who ever gave me a problem once. Probably the coolest people I've had the luck of being friends with, same with people from New Mexico.

Imagine a stranger who was born in America He lives there till he was 20 years old when he moved to Germany and lived there for 5 years Keep in mind he was already is fluent in English, but being in Germany for 5 years had him pick up the German Language Now Imagine he moves to America recently You casually encounter him in public, you don't know him, he's a complete stranger, and you greet him in English because you're a nice person, He gives you a stern look and tells you "actually I speak German, please speak to me in German for now on", you think it's strange and you carry on with your day. A couple days later you meet him again, you don't even remember him, you greet him because you're a nice person, but then he gets mad at you, then everyone around you gets bad at you, all because you didn't have the "courtesy" to learn German for this one random ass stranger.
