Technically yes and pretty much no. From an exhaust standpoint as long as you have cats then yes it’s technically legal since you’ll pass smog. But the No depends on the cop. I live in SoCal and in the four years of driving got my first ticket a few months ago for my exhaust. Bit of a long story but just depends on the cop and if he wants to make your life more difficult.

I don't understand why anyone would want to live in California these days. I hear nothing good about life there, overwhelming numbers of homeless, ridiculous laws, insane cost of living, earthquakes/ its supposedly sinking into the ocean.

@@samsaverino8159 lol I’ve lived here most of my life and live in a good county. I’m in San Diego but it’s not as bad as let’s say Los Angeles or San Fran. I got the beach 20 minutes one way, the mountains less than an hour away and the desert. Also got most of my family here. It ain’t the best with all the idiots running this place but depending where you are it’s not the worst.
